The shuttle driver was awesome!! It was a fun ride to our hotel. It was just difficult to find the shuttle and their office at the Barcelona airport. Better instructions would be more helpful.

This service was great except it did take a while before someone contacted me about the exact pick up time.

Had to wait a while about 45 minutes,went to terminal 1 office closed then had to shuttle bus it to terminal 2.
The best part was the friendly driver and the Mercedes. He drove!

you will need it spcially if you have luggage and if it is your first time to Barcelona ... avoid taxi as they are so expensive

Frankly, I had hard time finding the kiosk for the transfer shuttle at the airport. Once I found it, it was closed. The directions said that at terminal 1 they open at 9AM but in fact on Sunday they do not open at all. Luckily a man who was waiting for another client from the same vendor saw me waiting at the kiosk and called them. 20 minutes later a driver came and said he is waiting for another group and it will be another hour. The other group never came so then he took me to my rented apartment. All is well now, however I will not take this 25. I would take a cab next time. Anju Jolly

Although the driver was nice and helpful, it took a long time to wait for shuttle and to find the shuttle station at the airport was quite confusing because there are no signs guiding you to the specific company.

The actual shuttle ride from the airport to our hotel was very good. The problem we had was finding the shuttle desk which is in another building across the street from the terminal building and there is virtually no signage to help you find it. We tried to ask several people, few of whom spoke English, and the one that did was only semi-helpful. If the directions to get to the desk had been better my rating would be higher.

Once I found the desk, it went well. Not too long of a wait. Signage at the airport could be improved, as it took me almost 30 minutes to find the right desk.

The pick up location was hard to find because no one knew where the group offices were located including two policemen and the people at the tourist information booth in the airport. Once I got connect everything was great.

We tried to confirm the transfer three times over the phone and they kept hanging up on us. Upon arrival at the airport we were told it would be approximately 1 - 1.5 hours before a driver would be available. The driver was also informed incorrectly where another guest was staying so we had to return and take them to another hotel. The entire experience was a nightmare and I do not recommend it.
