The driver was very good and pleasant.But after I had arrived from a long flight I had to wait over 45minutes for the transfer. The office at one terminal was closed so I had to bus to the other terminal and wait.the ground staff where pleasant but too long a wait.

It was a little tricky to find the tour company office because it was my first time at this airport. Better signage would have helped, however when I did find the office the driver was waiting for me. It was great not to have to worry about finding transport to my hotel after two very long flights. I would book this shuttle service again.

its the best you do to yourself id to pre-arrange for your lift to the hotel anf back to the airport... it save money as taxis in Barcelona is so expensive and it help you relax as you dont to walk across the city with the luggages and bags and carry them downstairs to the metro... its perfect.. the shuttle bus is always on time at your agreed point

The driver was on time for pick up at hotel and nice, however he was pulled over by police because of his fast driving and running a light which took more than 10 minutes to resolve and could have led to me missing flight back to America
