Make your way to the start point and after greeting your professional instructor, receive a security brief and collect the equipment for your chosen activity (if stand-up paddle or kayak experience has been chosen).

You will then head towards the sea to start your tour across the city's coast. Your guide will take the group to the South side of Barcelona, towards the Port Olympic area passing by all the beaches along the modern section of the city (like Nova Icaria) all the way up to Forum Port as you paddle or sail over artificial reefs and sand banks.

Once the activity is finished, you will head back to the beach club where you can relax, play beach volley or simply chill out as you have a drink or something to eat after a good work-out.
