You will depart from the Port Olimpic in Barcelona at 9am for a sail to the Maresme Coast just north of Barcelona. You will first pass by the Barcelona skyline where you will have the unique opportunity to see the city's architecture from the sea and witness well known monuments such as: the Sagrada Familia, Montjuic castle, The Torre Agbar, Tibidabo, just to mention a few. Heading north along the coast you will pass by all the beaches and once you are out of the city limits you will see beautiful mountain ranges and beaches, the start of the Maresme Coast. Take a quick break and enjoy a swim in the Med, enjoying the bright blue colours of the water!

After approximately 2 hours of sailing you will reach the destination, dock at the marina, and board transport to visit an award winning Winery (Vineyard), Alta Alella. Here you will be received by the staff for a private one and a half hour tour of the vineyards and wine and cava production area, followed by 6 wine tastings. You are free to spend a little extra time to take photos, speak to the staff, and wander around the facilities after which you head back to the marina for lunch at a famous local restaurant where a set menu with a choice of a 3 course meal is offered. This includes one drink as well. After lunch, you will get your train ticket back to Barcelona and you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening exploring this coastal town and it's beaches before returning to Barcelona. The boat at this time may return to Barcelona - if so, you can choose to return by boat rather than train. Please note the return by boat is not guaranteed due to weather conditions.

You have a private guide/skipper with you throughout the trip until the point where the boat returns and you are given your railway tickets. Make the best of your stay while in Barcelona.
