Viator representative was waiting for me with a large legible sign directly in front of the customs exit gate. He handled my luggage and drove me to my hotel where he took my luggage into the reception. Excellent.

Driver was waiting for us at the arrivals hall with a sign and our name on it. He spoke English and gave us some history on various places between the airport and the hotel. Much better than waiting in line at the taxi depot at the airport. Just be sure to call/confirm your flight information with the transport company and you should be good to go. Great service, would use it again.
