A fun way to spend the day. Wife and I frist started out shopping. Then had lunch. We caught the second part of the tour in a van that was really not adequate enough for our group. Even though we were packed in quite tight, our driver was great and informative. We saw lots of Barbary macques and were able to somewhat interact with them. Good tour.

Guide on the bus to Gibraltar was ok but the Tourbus was late and no explaining at all. The Guide in Gibraltar was excellent.

The sights to see in Gibraltar were fantastic. We arrived around 10.30am at the bus park and were then given until 12.20 to be back at the bus. We were taken upstairs at 12.30, but waited around 15-20 mins to get on the minibus and finally be on our way. We took some time at the lighthouse area looking out over the Mediterranean, which was beautiful. We then took a ride up to St. Michaels which really was stunning. We only had 20 mins here and it really was not long enough. There were quite a few stairs to climb and with and elderly person the time given for the visit just was not long enough. The visit to the monkeys was also great. We then had one hour back in the town. The whole trip would have been better had we gone straight up the rock, had more time at each place and then had the 2 hours in the town, the way it was done felt rushed the whole time in Gibraltar. One comment on our driver, should not make homophobic comments and religious ones.

Three hours on the coach each way is not great due to the number of pick ups from hotels. The actual visit and tour of Gibraltar was good.
and free time enough in the town.

Tour guide quite not really friendly, even quite rude.
Basically Julia Travel will just take you from your pickup point, then go to Gibraltar. Then 3 hours of free time, it's cool but at 9-10am everything is closed so it's pointless.
Then in the afternoon you will be led to an other travel agency for some sightseeing mountains, monkeys, cave.., which made me feel like I've been fooled. I didn't pay to be led to another travel agency...
It was mostly a waste of time, I would highly suggest to go on your own, and eventually pay a tour guide directly in Gibraltar if you really want to be guided.

Beautiful views from the top, enjoyed the St. Michael's Cave and the monkeys. The shopping was limited and there were not a lot of activities in Gibraltar.

The actual 2 hour trip up to the rock, provided by the company in Gibraltar was excellent. The minibus driver was very knowledgable and informative and showed us all the sights and spoke about them in great detail. The cave was amazing and the monkeys delightful. The only downfall was the long coach trip provided by a local company Julia Travel. We were 20 mins late being picked up and despite it only being a 90 mile trip, the journey was very long with too many pick ups. We wondered if 2 coach trips had been merged into 1 as some people said that they were on the coach for over 3 hours and had got picked up in Malaga. This only allowed time for a short walk around the town before the organised trip up the rock and again on return. It would have been good if the rep on the coach had been able to give us some facts about the areas in Spain that we were travelling through and maybe given us a map or advice as to where we could walk to once we arrived in Gibraltar. Also 3 hours is a long time to sit on a coach without a toilet break. Overall a good day and we got some great photos but far too many coach stops to pick up people, many of whom weren't actually at their pick up point.

I have used Viator many times before with no major quibbles, but this trip could have been much better orgonised. . we were collected from pick up point at 8.15 am, and after multi stops for other pick ujps and passport control we eventually got to coach park just after 11 am. we then were told to be back at coach park at 12.30 after free time in Gibraltar centre which was a 5 minuite brisk walk there and back in which we had to have our lunch and shopping. We only managed lunch and two shops . Following return to coach park, we had to wait for aprox 40 mins for our tour guide to organise minibuses to take us up the rock. on the rock and cave tour we stopped once on way to caves for photos and then 30 mis to see caves and apes then we went back to coach park. Then we had to sit in coach for 45mins for people on shopping only trip to get back. I am sorry to say this was very poor planning by Viator and a lot of money paid for sitting around doing and seeing nothing. I will have to think twice before using Viator again.

The bus was about 15 minutes late picking us up, and we were wondering if we were in the correct place. The driver/guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but a little difficult to understand at times. Overall, it was a good experience and I encourage anyone who has not been to Gibraltar to go. The history of The Rock is interesting, and the views are incredible. I think that everyone should be told, before booking, that visiting St. Michael's Cave requires walking down MANY steps!
