have to collect this from atoche renfe station. its on ground floor and have to walk towards travel shop but its by the doors on way out...not easy to find if in hurry! otherwise they asked for passport as id. i got away with driving license

Our hotel location in Madrid was so perfect that we only needed the metro once . . . we walked everywhere else. I think it would have made more sense to decide whether I needed this card after we arrived in Madrid. It was a mistake to prepay

Only used on Metro from Airport to B and B. The person at the Tourist Information Center was not clear on explaining how to take the metro. We waited for train 8 instead of line 8 because of poor explanation.

We had such a great time! Miriam was a fantastic guide! Visited 5 bars and enjoyed many tapas that we never would have ordered on our own - definitely a worth while tour!

Very good if you need to go to different places in Madrid, located in different areas. Easy to use and valid for all the public transport.
