When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Madrid city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24-48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call Julia Travel directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box:

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Please be informed that the space for luggage in our cars is limited to 1 suitcase per person (max 20 kg). Otherwise the clients will be requested to take care of the extra luggage on their own or settle the extra cost (if confirmed with the supplier in advance).

This transportation was very good and met our needs adequately. We had six people in our group and the Mercedes minivan was large enough to accommodate a large suitcase and a carry-on or backpack for each person. The driver met us before our scheduled departure time and he got us to the airport with no problems. He spoke English and was very courteous. Fortunately, traffic was OK and we got to the airport sooner than I expected. I would definitely use this service again.
