This was a nice break from visiting all the tourist sites in Madrid. The bus was nice and the shopping village was nice too.

Everything was as advertised, It is a beautiful shopping mall. Only worth the trip if you are rich. We had a great lunch, and a good rose shaped ice cream cone, but could not even afford to window shop much less buy anything. We are not Dior, Rolex, Cartier people

This was just a bus ride to the mall. The wifi was a nice touch on the bus!

The bus left on time and arrived in time. The gentleman at the tour office walked us to the bus at the correct time. The voucher given on the bus was very useful as most shops gave the 10 discount.

Good trip but too much time given to shop as it really isn't that large of a shopping area. Many North American brands and stores so if you are from there don't bother. Buy at home. Did kill some time in the outdoor cafe area which was relaxing.

The shopping was fun, the communication between the travel agency that runs the tour though could do with improvement, some basic courtesy would help for a start

Found starting point easily. Staff polite. Shopping village was great. Thorough enjoyed our five hours, which went quickly.
