1/2 hour to wait to check in and then 3/4 hour wai for the ride. No chairs to sit n whie waiting and then a LONG walk to the vehicle.

It was prompt and efficient driver was courteous

This is the second time we take this shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The 2-Star rating is not reflective of the driver...as in the past, he was pleasant and professional...we enjoyed chatting with him and finding out what was new in Madrid. The rating reflects that we are left to wait anywhere from 30 mins to an hour for the shuttle to be dispatched to pick up travelers at the Airport. They are aware the flights come in early and yet, you need to call the phone number so they can get someone to pick you up. We've decided next time, for the price, we will just take a cab.

It was easy enough to find after I asked and was directed to the booth location. My driver was very nice and shared a bit about Madrid while he drove me to my hotel. I had to wait a while in case other tourists were going to join me, but at the end it just turned out to be alone. But i felt very comfortable.

Hard to find area to checkin. Didn't get info on the email it was a desk, just to go 50 meters outside of gate 10 and 11. Had to call to find out specfic instructions. Then had to wait about 15 min for driver...
Once in car it was good.

This was my worse experience ever. I waited approximately 2 hrs before a person showed up to the counter. Also, there were several other passengers waiting to be transferred as well. People were angry and frustrated as a result of not being able to reach anyone at the number listed. Telephone calls went unanswered until after 9 am. Then the person showed up as if nothing had happened.

I recommend this airport shuttle. After arriving in Madrid after a long flight, I didn't have to wait long for the driver. I was dropped off at my hotel in a nice car. The driver was courteous.

Not sure this was worth the money, but it is convenient. Better/cheaper than a taxi--not really...

Very easy service to use. The woman at the information desk and the driver were both very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone wanting a low cost way to travel from the airport to their hotel. Thank you.
