The driver arrived on time. However, he had a 2nd pick up nearby. The driver arrived too early for the other passengers they were not ready yet. Therefore, we waited on those passengers for approximately 20 minutes. I found this quite disturbing and a total disregard for my time.

I confirmed with the local company a pick-up time...they didn't show up. They didn't call. I had to take a taxi to make my flight.

The day before I was to be picked up by the shuttle, my hotel called the shuttle company and confirmed that they were picking me up at the hotel at 5:30 AM the next day. I was outside the hotel by 5:30 and waited until after 6:00. They didn't show up so I took a taxi to the airport.
