The tour was good, our guide excelente, very enthousiastic, a good art exopert, so we have the opportunnity to see the main masterpieces in a few minutes, and after the tour we could stay in the museum as long as we liked.I only don't give the maximum score because the tour is named "Skip the Line", but my wife and me, as all the other members of ou group had to be in an huge line, under the rainm for a long time. The tour hadn't any preference, and as we anda a lot of other partivipants had arrived sooner we coul stay in the line, but as told we tought that we would not stay on line.

The headsets provided were not working well making it very difficult to enjoy and here our tour guide

Skipping the line was worth the extra cost but having a bilingual guide who knew how to find the masterworks and explain the art in a historical context was a real plus. I am not sure how it compares to the rental audio available at the museum but the interactive nature was more fun. I highly recommend this tour.

If you are visiting Madrid, you simply have to go! This place is simply a wonder! If you can spare more than 2 hours, take the 5 hour tour. I was attending a festival in town and could not give up the longer time frame. The Prado wound up being the last of several great tours I took in Madrid, and it worked out really well. Everything is here! So if you can remember some of the history lessons from previous tour guides, it will all come together in the Prado. Though the tour lasted two hours, you could stay and look around on your own after the tour. You could also leave and re-enter the Prado on the same day with your ticket. I was “taken aback” by the immense size of these paintings. They are not small. They are epic.
These tours depend on the guide, and we had a wonderful guide from Julia Tours. I believe her name was Arroyo, but I forgot to take a snapshot of her ID badge. I would very much like to have her be my tour guide on my next visit to Madrid. She was knowledgable, friendly, and had a passion for her subject. Clearly, she knew a lot about many of the works in this museum. Next time, I take the 5 hour tour. There is just so much here that is fascinating.
There were only a few drawbacks to this tour. 1) pictures in the Prado are not allowed. I picked up a guidebook on the way out. This is standard in pretty much every museum I visited in Madrid. 2) The description of the meeting location was not precise. There are three city information points that are next to the Prado. We had folks at all three and thus we started late. I was one of the late ones and felt really bad. The meeting point is at the City Information Point above the statue of Goya on Felipe Street.
Even if you do not want a guided tour, pay for a “skip the line” ticket. There’s a booth in the median of the main road (Prado). The main entry line can get quite long during tourist season. Make sure you pick up a “plan” of the museum or you will be lost. Pay for the audio tour, you’ll get a handheld device that will tell you about the history of the artists and their works.
This was so much worth my time, thank you!

Without question, the Prado is one of the world's greatest museums. What made my visit so much more was the tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, interesting and interested in making sure the tour (of 3, including me) a memorable experience.

Because our taxi caused us lost and time. We did missed whole time for the museum. We were so disappointed very much after we paid the taxi at three time high rated and even the admissions. Everything was ruined by the taxi and the address I’d our hotel were uncleared. We wish that we could visit the museum. The rate for this attraction is nothing do with this. Blamed on other submitted.
