Our tour guide made this excursion come to life! We were a small family group of 7 and she kept us all engaged with the sites and history of Validemossa and Palma de Mallorca. I don't know how to describe good this tour became.

Great tour of Valldemossa which we thought was a special place! Encourage your guide to spend extra time there. While our guide gave us free time, we didn't realize we could have used more and wish we had for a leisurely stop at a cafe. Palma de Mallorca is a big city and was okay but we had seen a lot of big cities on our trip. Rating is because of the Valldemossa experience.

Guide was friendly but his English was poor. He wasnt particularly knowledgeable. Van and driver were good.

So sad to say that we would have enjoyed the experience much more had our guide been able to speak English better. We asked her several questions, but her replies were odd, like she had a script. She smoked as well. Driver seemed a little irritated with her. He spoke no English. Made the day boring.

This shore excursion was very good, but I would change a few small things if I had to do it all over again. I would have included to see the 'Catedral de Mallorca.' We just saw it from a distance as we are driving to Valldemossa. Weather was beautiful, be ready for some walking, though.

We enjoyed our tour very much, but most of all we appreciated our tour guide, Pete. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. Most importantly he was right by our ship when we disembarked. There was no stress looking for our tour guide. The excursion was very enjoyable, but we all really enjoyed the Valldemossa part. It is such a special place where only 2000 people live. We were able to relax in a local cafe and appreciate the slower pace of life. Our friends who we have traveled with many times decided that Valldemossa would be a wonderful place to revisit. We have used Viator numerous times and think that Pete is one of their best guides.

Michael, our outstanding guide for this private excursion for six of us from our cruise ship, visiting Valldemossa and Palma de Mallorca, was one of the most informative and knowledgeable guides we've ever had. This is a beautiful island, and Mike seemed to know every square inch of it, from the best views to the best cafes to the most quaint and magical squares. We traveled in a comfortable mini-van with greater comfort than large tour buses can afford and had a wonderful, personal and more custom experience than one can get on most ship excursions.

Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide. We really enjoyed the tour. The only reason I gave this tour 4 stars is that the guide was smoking while he was with us on a 5.5 hour tour he smoked about 6 cigarettes. Although he did not smoke in the car, I do not smoke but to me this looks unprofessional. Would definitely do the tour again but with a different guide
