Smaller than traditional tapas and beautifully prepared in bite-sized pieces, pintxos are often served on small pieces of bread and held together with toothpicks. Create seven different pintxos, from the traditional classics to more experimental, modern recipes.

Basque Cooking Class:
Focusing on fresh, well-prepared dishes that are created using local, seasonal ingredients and prepared to enhance not mask the natural flavor of the food, Basque cuisine is like no other cuisine in the world. This class offers a winning combination of pintxos and one Basque main course. Master three or four pintxos recipes, before trying your hand at creating a traditional fish main course (dependent on season).
