Exceptionally beautiful building. Definitely worth the time. Get there early to avoid the crowds. Wonderful.

I bought a ticket to visit on a Saturday and when I got there they said that they were no allowing the Viator tickets that day only the ones bought directly. I was told I had to come back on Monday. Luckily I was still there on Monday But I wasn’t?

Westminster Abbey is incredible - full of history, amazing beauty, and reverence. This was one of my favorite places to visit in London. We arrived the very day that David Hockney's new stained glass window was dedicated although the dedication was private - be sure to look for it at the entrance. Note that there is no Skip-the-Line at Westminster Abbey - this is just paying for the audio in advance. The day/time we went, Tuesday around 3 pm, was incredibly crowded. The entrance line was extremely long and we were shoulder-to-shoulder with other tourists throughout the self-guided tour. If at all possible, try to go when it is not so crowded. We went past several times after that day and noted that there was never a long line. The self-guided tour is EXCELLENT. It makes great use of technology. It took me a while to get used to looking at the device as well as at the rooms we were were in, but be sure to watch the little videos that accompany the narrative. They add quite a bit to the experience. There are also guides posted around the cathedral who are extremely helpful. Ask them questions, they will be happy to answer them. Be sure to look down often, you never know whose grave or plaque you are walking on!

We missed the tour date due to a schedule snafu. Wish we could’ve seen the inside of this magnificent place. Oh well, perhaps another time, we hope.

This audio tour is an excellent way to absorb and appreciate Westminster Abbey. Years ago we took a tour, went by the main areas and maybe spent an hour there. With the audio tour you can take your time, linger in the Poets Corner, find Anne Neville's plaque, stand near Charles Darwin, Stephen Hawkings, and William Herschel, see Queen Elizabeth I with her half sister Mary Tudor, see Mary Queen of Scots (France and England....) and so many others. The architecture is amazing and it's a visit you'll long remember. With regards to the Viator voucher that was quickly and efficiently redeemed, so no worries there.

The Abbey was spectacular. Buying the tickets ahead... not so much! This did not allow for "skip the line". We waited in line about 45 minutes to gain entrance (at 3:00PM August 3). When we finally got inside, we still had to get in the same line as everyone else to buy tickets. We paid a premium to buy through Viator, and it saved us no time at all. But Westminster Abbely if fabulous!!!

We were very sorry to have missed this tour an Uber driver taking us to brunch took us to the wrong end of the city and by the time we got back and finished brunch there was not enough time it closes at 3:30

I LOVED Westminster Abbey.5 stars for that! So beautiful and historic. The audiotapes were not available, due to flooding, but they did provide a informative brochure instead. The additional cost to see the Jubilee exhibit upstairs, was worth the extra 5 lbs., with such a beautiful view looking down into the Abbey, and all the extra items to view.
THIS TICKET DID NOT SAVE ME ANY TIME IN THE ENTRY LINE. There was a security line of one hour, which I think all ticket holders used, but then with this ticket, I did NOT get fast entry, which customers who bought off the Westminster site DID get in immediately. I waited another hour in the line to enter, where tickets could have also been bought, and told the 3rd party sites don't get fast track entry. Yes, 2 FULL hours in the rain, wind and finally sun, waiting. Sorry Viator, but the truth is the truth. Also, PRINT THE TICKET since the mobile ticket is unacceptable.
