A 2 hour wine tasting including six delicious wines. You will learn how to taste wine, and even if you have never been to a wine tasting before you will soon be sipping like a pro! You will discover how to tell a good quality wine, understand why each wine tastes like it does and learn some top food and wine matching tips! You will never be stumped in shop or restaurant again! All tastings are relaxed and friendly, the idea is for you to get involved, interact, and say what you think. And most importantly have fun. It's wine after all!

The evening will start with an introduction on how to taste wine. We want you to get involved, say what you can smell and taste and what you think of the wine. There are no wrong answers! As we taste each of the six wines you will discover what it is that makes each wine taste the way it does, whether it be region or variety, and the key signs to look out for on labels when buying wines.
We will also provide some canapes which have been carefully selected to match the wine, and show how food and wine matching works, and the benefits of getting it right! All questions are welcome along the way, and our resident expert can answer pretty much any queries you can think of to do with wine. Although you are more than welcome to challenge her!
By the end of the evening you will be sipping away like a pro, ready to use your new skills at the next restaurant you find!
