John was great. Weather was wonderful for cycling the grounds. Great wsy to see Hampton befire doing a tour of the palace.

This was an amazing experience. John our tour guide was outstanding as his bikes and van had been stolen just 3 days beforehand. He offered us his time at half price, as we could not ride, so we trained out to the beautiful Richmond and then took the boat out to Hampton Court. The whole group took John up on his offer, and we all had a fantastic time. Viator sub sequentially refunded half our money, but in hind sight we believe Johns alternative trip was worth the full fare. Hope you are back on board with your bikes and van John, you are an outstanding tour guide. Margie and Dunc, Australia.

This was a fun bike ride along the Thames. Hampton Court is beautiful with the gardens in bloom! We ate at the King's Arms and it was very good food and it was full of life on Father's Day.

The countryside of Richmond is beautiful and the ride was easy even for me (unfit 50+ lady ). The guide was great. I hope I could make more easy bikerides in English countryside in future, but the price should be a bit lesser. Or the same price but longer ride.

Day bike trip was great. It was easy to find the guide, John, at Waterloo station. His directions were clear and easy to follow. The bikes were great. The pace was fine, with lots of stops for great insights into what we were bike around. Fun day trip. Hampton Court palace well worth the trip.

This cycling trip was awesome. cycling along River thames and having an engaging guide, John, to explain the history of Richmond and English History is just simply perfect. The cycling itself was never tough, even for my 60+ dad, who did it in a breeze.

As for Hampton Court Palace, this was truly a palace with breathtaking architecture and history. Entering the palace simply brought me, my brother and dad back to the good old King Henry VIII days. The building, artefacts truly illustrates the thinking behind and lifestyle of the English Monarchy History.

Also the garden was very scenic and beautiful with many plant varieties and colors. Not to mention the maze, where we had a good time trying to find our way out.

Points to take note:
Currently, there are some restoration works inside the main and second courtyard, so there might be some inconvenience. Also for the maze, the last entry is 45 minutes before the whole palace closes, so that in the event you cannot get out, the staff can come rescue you!! Haa..
