Very disappointed in not knowing we would not be able to go into the church in Canterbury due to services. We were able to pay less for the access to premise, but I think you should make a point to mention the numerous limitations prior to the option to buy tickets.

This was a handy way to get from our cruise port in Dover to London and get to make stops along the way.

The trip was as advertised. The pickup was easy, the guide Sandra was very good and the day went very well. Canterbury is an interesting town and having a bit of time to look around on our own was very nice. Leeds castle is delightful as you see changes from nearly a thousand years. Yet it is quite a livable place now. An unexpected treat was the falconry show. It was truly amazing to watch the birds in their demonstrations while at the same time seeing wild hawks going about their lives nearby. The gardens are special with the giant Gunnera plants. We could have spent days there but overall the time split between Canterbury and Leeds was reasonable. We were dropped off in downtown London around 5pm and all went well. Highly recommended.

Well worth the money, but a bit disorganized. Too much time in Canterbury, and not enough time at Leeds Castle.

The sights, tour and guide were outstanding. The logistics were very poor. We were delayed for over an hour getting started waiting for a passenger who never arrived. The lost time was taken from each of our stops, reducing the enjoyment at Canterbury and Leeds Castle. When we arrived in London, all passengers had to wait another hour while waiting for a van to take some of us to our hotel. The guide was very knowledgeable , provided a nice narrative as we traveled and freely answered all questions.

We disembarked Crystal Serenity at 7:00, and were met at 7:45 by tour bus rep. But we then waited for 1 hour, for another couple to show up. They had already taken a cab to London! Otherwise, we enjoyed the trip. Walk through Canterbury was fun, and the Cathedral there was magnificent!
Leeds Castle was lovely, but could have used more time there. Guide was knowledgeable and informative! Delivered direct to our London hotel. Good tour overall, and another option to London!

We had the most wonderful excursion with Yvonne tour guide and Paul driver, They both went above and beyond with the tour, taking us to little villages and towns, that we did not expect to see. Yvonne was very knowledgeable with the country side. We learned a lot. Paul was an excellent driver and managed driving the narrow roads very competently. Highly recommend these two!

Our guide was very informative. Leeds castle was really beautiful. Quite an extensive look at all the main attractions in London, by bus as people were being dropped off at hotels and the airport.
