Guide Mike was great! Leeds is like a fairy tale!

Excellent. The tour guide was fantastic and we did everything that was planned

It was beautiful sunny day, wonderful tour with kind guide. Only 4 people came so was very small and friendly atmosphere. Canterbery was so pretty to walk and Leeds castle was lovely. This is easy way to travel many places in a day without moving stress. very satisfied wih this tour

This is another tour that did not live up to what was being advertised! Canterbury Castle was closed so we didn't go there, which means we didn't get to walk around Canterbury,, and have lunch, Dover castle was closed so we stopped on the road and viewed it from a distance, didn't stop for a walk around the village of Chilham. and Admire its historic square and 1,400-year-old Yew tree, didn't go anywhere near there either, didn't get directed to the maze or the dog collar museum. So what did we do??? Went straight to Leeds castle, ate lunch in the hall there, saw the cliffs and stopped for the battle of Britain experience, then our tour guide took us back to London and took us on a rock and roll tour which was great. Bob the tour guide saved the shambles of a tour and pacified the other tourist admirably,

Excellent day of sight-seeing. The highlight was Canterbury Cathedral. To improve this small group outing, I would allow double the time for touring Canterbury Cathedral and town and skip the White Cliffs of Dover. Seeing those was really no different from seeing photographs and stopping at the War of Britain memorial, while interesting, was not worth the time. I regretted the rush at Canterbury and feel I didn't get to see most of that great space well. Leeds Castle was well worth a visit. The driver was clearly inexperienced and lacked knowledge, although he was very nice to us and drove well.

I mainly wanted to see the white cliffs, and was disappointed that the one overlook of Dover did not provide much of a view of the cliffs. Then I was really upset when we went to the Battle of Briton Memorial. After being there for about 15 minutes another group pulled in and the Guide directed his group to the other end of the memorial where they would get a good view of the cliffs. I dashed over there and took several pictures, ran back to our bus just as it was suppose to load. I asked the guide why he did not tell us of the view and he said he did not know about it. He was very good about relating history but not so much when it came to guiding.

forget the white cliffs . makes it a long day. canterbury and leeds are enough and very worth the visit. just a tip the tour driver was knowledgeable but it is okay for a few minutes of silence. perhaps also keeping his opinions of other races to himself , he may offend.
