The driver was at the airport but the quality of the vehicle was rather poor. We weren't sure if we should have even gotten into it. But we did and arrived at hotel safely.

A shared ride was actually a private ride. I guess it depends on the time the flight gets in. The company met us at the airport holding a sign. The driver was very good however he spoke very little English.

Driver was easy to identify, very prompt, friendly and we arrived safely at our hotel. Alwasy pleased with airport transfers when booking with Viator. Our transfer from Valparaiso Cruise Port to Santiago Airport was excellent as well. Our driver was very prompt, engaging and we arrived in the suggested time frame despite rush hour traffic. Both transfers were wonderful and will continue to book through Viator.
