During this private tour, you can visit the most beautiful, historical and important places in the city of Buenos Aires. The best thing about this is that you choose which. Plus, you get the chance to do it at your own pace, with no time restrictions.
You will discover the history of “Plaza de Mayo" (May Square), a site where the most important historical events in the country took place. You get to also see its surroundings including the most emblematic buildings, and learn about them and the true key players of those events. Once you leave May Square, you will head along May Avenue (Avenida de Mayo) and enjoy a coffee at the historical “Caf? Tortoni”. If you like, you can also take a short trip on the first ever subway line in South America.
Visit San Telmo and wonder in awe at this oldest residential neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Walk along its cobble-stoned streets and discover its antiques shops and picturesque buildings. Live and feel the original Tango in the neighborhood of La Boca. You can explore “Caminito Street” and enjoy the dancers and souvenir shops. Then, see the mythical Boca Juniors soccer stadium and, if you want, we can take you to the Pasi?n Boquense Museum so you take a look around.
You can contemplate the modernization of the city on your next stop, Madero Port. See its exclusive docks, full of excellent restaurants and large offices. You will travel through Retiro and come to once of the most aristocratic areas of the city, Recoleta. There, you can discover the final resting place of Eva Peron, “Evita” and wander through Recoleta Cemetery (Cementerio de Recoleta) where her remains rest.

Our tour guide, Romina, was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the history, culture and politics of Buenos Aires. She tailored the tour to our specifications. The tour bus was clean and safe. We highly recommend this tour for families with kids and teenagers.

This was simply the finest private tour I ever took. Natalie was our host and was the most knowledgeable, accommodating and interesting guide we ever had. She was there to greet us as we arrived at the Buenos Aires airport and promptly gathered our belongings to start our tour. She had a general plan in place to visit all of the key sights but first asked how she could tailor it to meet our desires. It wasn't just a driving tour either. We got out and visited locations such as La Boca, Plaza de Mayo, Buenos Aires Cathedral, and the Recoleta Cemetery. While we were able to see many fun and fascinating locations she also took us to small cafes and other locations to get a feel for the culture. I highly recommend this tour and especially Natalie if she is available.

This is probably the best tour we ever did. We only had three days to spend in Buenos Aires so we choose this tour and Alex did the best job! It was the most informative tour ever! We enjoyed this so much DEFIANTLY worth the money! If we ever go back, we would probably do another tour with Alex. He showed us the main sites in 3 hours:

Definitely worth the extra price for a customizable tour. We were greeting by our guide, Ramina, who was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and enthusiastic. She definitely helped to make the day fun and exciting. She shared many insights about her country with us and made us feel very comfortable. The trip was able to move at our pace rather than at a group pace. She showed us all the areas that we requested and shared her knowledge about each area of the city.
