What a lovely place to build a thermal spa. Lunch buffet was awesome. There are a variety of options, from indoor to outdoor, and complimentary fruits and water. It's definitely a worth the trip. However, see the negatives below:

A full day trip for this is way too long. Optimally, you should be good with just a half day at the most.

Pick up from the hotel is around 9 am and it takes about an hour to get to the spa. Once you get to the spa, you can sign up for spa treatments, but looks like the hotel guests gets priority over people that arrives via tour.
The lunch is around 1 pm and there are no food or drink option outside of the spa.

This is a great trip to see the country side and to experience the local thermal spa. A beautiful series of hot pools for bathing, mud for coating yourself, and relaxing lounges. There is an option for a relaxing massage, at an extra cost. I suggest you take it!! Lunch is enormous and reasonable. Drinks, alcoholic and water all cost extra, so make sure you take some Pesos. Be aware that only a few of the staff speak English, but if you ask they will find someone.

Worth every penny

Great value. Lunch was fantastic, hot springs were extremely relaxing, and the staff was very welcoming.

Loved the views from the pools. Lots of pools to choose from, including a regular outdoor swimming pool. The lunch was magnificent. A buffet, which is usually an awful experience. But here, it was gourmet all the way! Loved it for a change of pace form all the wine tasting tours!

lovely trip .. unique experience .. very clean and cozy .. great buffee .. get the massage if you can. They don't take credit card, be prepared with cash. The whole Mendoza is really lovely place with the best wine and steak. I most probably will go again even though its tooooooooo far

Beautiful spa resort in a beautiful location. There are several thermal pools to enjoy and even a regular swimming pool in a different location on the grounds. The buffet lunch was fabulous. I highly recommend this for a change of pace while visiting all the wineries in Mendoza!

Relaxing day at Termas de Cacheuta!!! Spent a full day at Termas lounging in the various pools and enjoyed a terrific buffet lunch with plenty to choose from. Was a perfect day for us to unwind and relax before continuing our travels through Argentina.

The facility is in need of some renovations but overall our trip was quiet good. The lunch was outstanding, the massages were a fitting end to a great day at the thermal baths. The mud bath was especially good. As for the pick-up time it was tranquillo. Be ready at 0815 and get pickup at 1000. I would have given the experience a 5 had the we not waited for almost two hours to be picked up.

This thermal spa is set in the mountains - the scenery was just breathtaking. The whole experience was very relaxing. Great buffet lunch too!
