Driver arrived promptly, extremely safe trip into the airport , the car was very comfortable and clean.

Our driver doesn't speak a word of English. We couldn't communicate with him. We tried to find out where was his van and he just pointed us to follow others. Then of course, we got lost. We struggled to find him and his van. We were the last to get on. So be aware! If you choose this service, you better speak some Spanish or else you would be lost like we did.

Arrived and there was no sign with our name. Eventually we found the driver with a makeshift sign with my surname in biro pen. This caused us a bit of stress, but the ride back to the airport on our last day was on time and we had no issues.

Good value. Transport in small minibus. Good communication for both legs of journey.

Excellent service. On time and helpful.

We were met on time and taken to our destination with no issues. We were also picked up as expected and delivered to the airport ontime. The driver spoke no English but it was not an issue. We booked this transfer to make it easier for my mum in law who is elderly. It was not a big van so we only had a few stops at other hotels but this also let us have a look around on the way to ours.

Our flight time was changed and we had difficulty informing the company ....

Due to a airline delay we missed a connection and were rebooked on a later flight. Given that the transfer was for 4 people, we were picked up in a car that was too small for 4 people with luggage. However, the driver was excellent. The return was on a bus. I suspect that due to the delay, the company had to find another option for our arrival.
