So the good news first: The Falls are AMAZING. More incredible than I imagined and worth going to and they are so incredible, that Ill probably go again one day. The guides from this tour were nice, punctual, and took care of us well overall.
The not so good news: Lots of confusion with the pre-arrival and logistics after arriving. No one from the tour company knew how many pesos I had to bring, I even called them before I left, so I had to exchange money with the tour guide at the last minute which he wasnt very happy about. Somehow, the other guide who picked me up from the airport didnt know which tour I was on either, so as we both found out Grayline put me on a tour from a different company and no one knew what time I had to leave only one hour before the departure, it was a scramble. The first guide also did not check me in to customs in Argentina properly, so I was undocumented in the country and it took a while for the next tour guide to clear this up and he was not excited about their either, and it felt like he blamed me when I was only following what the other guide told me to do as I have no idea of the proper procedures. In the end, I think they are capable of being more organized, so just crosscheck each detail with them as much as you can if you book a tour with them.

They were accommodating to our needs as we were changing hotels during our 4 days stay in Iguassu.
The tour could have been more informative if the tour guide followed us throughout our journey but because the place was crowded, it was not feasible for tour guides to be personal with the group.

The falls themselves are fantastic and not to be missed. The issue is the hotel. If you book this tour, under no circumstances allow them to put you in Hotel tropical. They claim this a 3 star hotel. It is absolutely not. Each room has a sliding door but they are all broken, which means anyone can come into your room. They do not have safes that work. There is mold on the walls and the paint is peeling. The management is nice, but they don't care. When we went on the tour of the falls, the guides gave little information. They just let us walk on our own - we could have explored the falls on our own or at least gone with a different tour operator. The tour is run by Grey Line Argentina but they do a poor job with whomever they subcontract with. I had a similarly bad experience with Grey Line on a day trip to Nicaragua. Very disorganized poor company.

This was well worth the time. We viewed the falls from both the Argentinian and Brazillian side and I'm pleased we did as both are different. On the Argentinan side, you walk to view different sections of the falls, on the Brazillian you get more panoramic views. The tour guides spoke in Spanish and English and both had great English. We stayed at the Hotel Saint George, which is centrally located in Iguazu itself and across the road from some great restaurants. The hotel was, however, very old and tired and surprised us a bit. Another option often offered by tour operators is the Sheraton. This is right down by the falls but is quite isolated. The only other surprise (apart from the hotel) was that we needed cash, over and above the tour price, to get into the falls. On the Argentinian side you have to have 170 Argentinian Pesos per person and in Pesos. Then on the Brazillian side you need another 180 Argentinian pesos (but you can pay in Brazilian Reals, US$ or with credit card). We flew LAN and allowed 6 hours when we landed back in Buenos Aires to get from the domestic airport to the international airport. It was Sunday afternoon and this journey only took about 45 minutes (and about 45 minutes messing around at the domestic terminal getting our bags and organize the taxi). I'm guessing the same trip during rush hour traffic might have taken 2 hours but I think 6 hours had enough of a cushion built in. Overall, really pleased we went.

We enjoyed the tour and it was well organized, the only criticism is that the tour is not operated by a single operator but three different ones. One for airport transfers, one for the argentinian side of the falls and another for the brazilian. It appears that all three operators don't communicate, so they're unclear about arrangements with other tour operators however all times in the voucher were met.

Amazing! Picked up and dropped off at airport and in between was great. Breathtaking scenery. Trek guide was lovely. Hotel and staff lovely.

Experience was great. Flight was delayed from Buenos Aires by 4 hours, yet the staff ensured still that I was picked up from airport and still made arrangement so that I could still experience the Brazillian side as scheduled. Staff was helful, friendly and knowledgable.
