When making a booking, you will need to advise your train departure details and your Brussels, Bruges or Ghent hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!
Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle.

The driver arrived on time and was courteous and helpful. However, I made sure when I confirmed by phone
that our party of 5 would be checking into the Air France desk and would need help finding it. I was assured we would be taken to the Air France desk. I confirmed with the driver that we would be going to the Air France desk and needed help finding it. He took us to the complete opposite side of the Brussels Midi station, told us to turn right and we couldn't miss it. We sent out scouts in all directions before we were able to find the desk to check in for our train to CDG. I was disappointed in the service since I had specifically mentioned twice our concerns at finding the Air France desk at Brussels Midi rail station. We have used Viator transfers in other cities with no problems.
