Explore the most incredible natural beauty of Iguazu, the worlds second largest waterfalls located between Argentina and Brazil. The semicircular waterfall at the heart of this site is some 80meters high and 2,700meters in diameter and is situated on a basaltic rock line spanning the border between Argentina and Brazil. Made up of many cascades producing vast sprays of water, it is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. The surrounding subtropical rain forest has over 2,000 species of vascular plants and is home to the typical wildlife of the region: tapirs, giant anteaters, howler monkeys, ocelots, jaguars and caymans. This tour include round-trip airfare from Sao Paulo (GRU) Brazil to Foz do Igua? International Airport and 2 nights-3 days at a 4-5 star hotel located close to the falls.

DAY 1 Once you arrive, you will be met by our English speaking van driver who will escort you to your hotel (depending on which option you chose). There you will have time to relax and explore the hotel grounds, natural hot springs and the amazing scenery. Enjoy a culinary dinner at one of the many unique restaurants.
Day 2 On the second day of your tour, you will explore one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world, Iguassu Falls. The falls consists of more than 275 cascading falls spread out over approximately 2 miles (3.5Km) in a horseshoe shape similar to Niagara Falls. If you chose, you can purchase tickets to take a boat ride into the “Devil’s Throat”, an area consisting of more than 14 amazing waterfalls dropping approximately 300 feet (100 meters). Prepared to get wet as you emerge from the cloud of mist rising above the water. If the boat tour is not for you, your guide will show you the many trails and observation platforms to view the area.
Day 3 The last day you can get a different perspective of Iguassu Falls as you have the option to cross the border to Argentina. Here you will see the very top of the waterfalls and you can enjoy amazing views of the area. The Argentina side also allows you to get a close look at some of the smaller waterfalls and you can learn about the history of the falls from your guide.
