This trip was fantastic! Not only was the scenery breathtaking, but the bus driver, Mike, gave a lot of history and interesting facts not to mention what a great driver he was. Brewster got a winner when they hired him!

In Feb. 9, I applied the tour via Viator and received the confirmed Tour Voucher. The Voucher aske me to tell them "pick-up location". I sent my message bout our hotel in Banff and asked response/confirmation abouthe pick-up location several timed via Aviato. I never received their response. At the Brewster Travel desk at tha Calgary Aiport. I found that my hotel' name was not input. They registered my hotel at the Airport. The Brewster requested us to tell the hotel name only by telephone. But it is not feasible to call the Brewster from foreign countries.Anothe band point was that driver spoke very fast and his English was not clear for foreigners. Rember that mos guests are foreigners. Try to speak as slow as possible. We paid big money for the tour.

we were waiting by the hotel we been told to. no one picked us up or called us, we end up walking to different stop pickup, thanks to front desk people advice .The tour itself was great!!!

The tour was outstanding. The guild and driver were excellent. they explained everything and answered all our questions.

Fantastic day trip. This is our first time taking a tour such as this and it did not disappoint . The views were spectacular and we were given plenty of time at each site to take in the view and take pictures. Our guides Dustin and Jono were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this tour. It takes the stress of driving and having to find parking off so that you can enjoy the trip.

We visited lake louise, moraine lake, spiral tunnel and saw a freight train passing through, lunch at Emerald lake and Takkawanka falls.Wow what a full day and had plenty of time to take snaps and enjoy each place. The driver was so good at reversing the coach on the sharp incline to Takkawanka falls and dealing with the issues that involved. He was also very knowledgeable.
