Our day began at a reasonable hour with a nice drive up to the Annapolis Valley. We visited 3 wineries. Each one had a different vibe and uniqueness to their winery. Our lunch was held at the second winery which consisted of a main dish and dessert. It was delicious and featured Nova Scotia seafood (my meal choice!). We also ended our trip with a fabulous visit to a garden location that was stunning. They made jams, jellies, liquors and such with the herbs grown. We sampled their products as well after exploring the gardens. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic, knowledgable and passionate about the Nova Scotian Winery industry. I would highly recommend this to locals and tourists alike!

The wine tour was superb. We learned a lot about the Annapolis valley wine industry, did a lot of tasting and had a great lunch. The tour guide and staff at the wineries were very knowledgable. The small group format worked well for us.

Excellent tour!

One of the reasons we enjoy traveling is the opportunity to meet new people and experience things that are part of others daily lives, if even for a moment. The day we had with Lila as our guide and the folks on this tour is a highlight in our travel memories. The small group aspect made it far more intimate in the exploration of a few of the 'off the beaten trail' places we were hoping for. Our expectations were exceeded! Lila is extremely knowledgeable on the history of the region as well as the offerings of the stops we made. The country-side is beautiful, the people were very friendly and accommodating, and the history is fascinating. The wines and foods we had the pleasure of trying were very well done. The wine region is very unique and they have made it their own. We highly recommend this for anyone for the all the reasons mentioned and the numerous other reasons time and space would limit. I cannot describe it in a way to do justice. Thank you Lila and the great people we met along the way!

This was a great day, our trip was made more interesting by our fellow passengers. The wineries were fantastic and went out of theor way to make our trip more enjoyable. The lunch was excellent and in a lovely setting. Our guide was excellent and very informative of the local area both in the history and local geography.
We had a great day and can highly recommend this trip.

A wonderful tour - Jeremy was most informative and a nice guy to boot! Loved each of the wineries and tangled garden and learned a lot. The lunch at Grand Pre winery was delicious and the garden where we eat just beautiful. We would do it again!

This was a wonderful and very informative tour. Everything was well organized and coordinated with the three wineries, lunch, herb farm, and cheese factory. Our tour guide provided so much information about Nova Scotia's wine industry, its history, and its goals for the future. She was a great driver and a great hostess for the day. Several days later, we returned to one of the wineries for lunch because we felt it was the best meal we had had all week. I brought several bottles of wine back to the USA and will enjoy reliving the experience with others -- and encouraging them to go to NS.
