lots of fun

Two ships were in port ,therefore there were too many people waiting. There should have been two buses when that many ships are in town. We bought a 1 day pass, but the people buying them that day were getting 2 days for the price of one day. We had been there the day before ,but Viatour did not offer that.

We went to the pier where our voucher said to go (the next one up from Iberville) and waited by the sign that said the bus came by every half hour. After a half hour we saw the bus turning two blocks away down by old town and followed it to Place Royale (right next to our ship!) where they expressed complete surprise because the place we went they hadn't been to in a long time -- who knew? The tour was OK, but nothing special. Next time we'll just use the local folks and not someone who isn't even there. There were four others waiting with us who made the same "mistake" and none of us will use you again.

Good value for money. Guides were knowledgeable and amusing. Always a good way to get to know the main attractions - and then visit them later.

The buses are really old. They should upgrade the buses like Quebec City. :(

Great tour guide. Jean told us lots of funny and interesting things about Montreal. He handled the bus perfectly during an awesome thunderstorm. He had many insights. We kept saying during our trip, "Remember, the bus driver said . . . " It was a wonderful introduction to Montreal.
