Our guide Marissa was very well versed on the Jewish history and neighborhood. The food was amazing. The local stops along the way gave us great insight as to the Jewish culture.

Luis gave a phenomenal tour in 100+ degree weather. We enjoyed some spots so much (Lester’s and ice cream!) that we went back later in the week!

Excellent tour. Very good overview of the history of the ares and lots of good food. Darren was personable and interesting. Wear comfortable shoes and come hungry.

This is a terrific tour! M?lissa was a great guide and she knows her stuff. While the food we sampled ...and sampled ...and sampled was fantastic, the tour also included MUCH more with explorations and discussion of Montreal history, architecture, and demographics. We also had periodic poetry readings and topped it all off with a wonderful tour through historic synagogue! WELL DONE!!!!

Excellent tour. Daren our tour guide was great. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He made sure the people on our tour with food allergies still got to participate and he found something they could eat. Prepare to learn a lot of information as well as eat a lot of food. You will eat what amounts to two meals and get a delicious desert. You will go to 3 places that have smoke meats. They are all awesome. You will also get one of the best bagels you will ever have.

Darren provided us with an interesting and well rounded tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer any and all questions. Never felt rushed. In tune with the needs of the group. Loved the poetry portion. Great value for amount of food and time!

It was a very cold June day, but the tour was still worth it. We had an amazing guide and the owner made sure things were running smoothly in the background. I'd definitely do another tour.
