efficient pick up at airport not a tour

Wonderful pick up from airport and drop off to our hotel

Driver was waiting for us and was a great trip to our hotel, thank you

Jim, the assigned driver, was waiting for us following our luggage pickup as expected. He was efficient and pleasant. The ride from the airport to the hotel was a special treat for the grandsons and a surprise for them when we arrived, especially since Jim had the card read both family's names as requested. Thank you.

Even though our plane was several hours delayed, Viator picked us up when we arrived. Driver was very accommodating.

Excellent service and good value for money. Despite our flight being delayed by 22 hours the Limo service checked the revised time and were waiting as arranged in arrivals at Vancouver airport. The car was clean and spacious and the driver was very friendly and professional, giving us a commentary during our journey to the hotel and offering useful advice on things to do during our stay in Vancouver. I would certainly use this service again and highly recommend the service to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

We could not have had a better experience. Jim picked us up at the airport with a big smile on his face. A very positive attitude. Gave us suggestions of what we could do in Vancouver and got us to the hotel in good time. His car was most comfortable complete with water for us to drink

Our flight was late and they were there waiting for us with a sign with our name on there after baggage claim area. Drive was nice and quiet, we opted for the limo as we had 5 people luggage for each person and carryon.
