We had a blast with our GREAT GUIDE.

Vanessa was very personable and we enjoyed the day. She could have provided more information on the geology and history of the area. The day we were there the temperature varied considerably depending on where we were in Valparaiso so dress in layers.

This was a great way to see things at your pace,especially in a city with soooo much to offer that to tailor your experience I believe would be key. Vanessa and Sergio looked after us well, and offered us some extra stops en-route to sample the local treats and wines just made for a very well rounded experience.

The tour was good, interesting to see the street art and the old town of Valparaiso. The tides were high that day so we were not able to take the harbour cruise but Rodrigo, the guide took us to Las Sebastiana, Pueblo Neruda's house on our request, which was fantastic. Our only issue is we did not stop to eat or drink until 4:30 on this all day tour, despite several requests. And the restaurant we did stop at was so old and basically served a plate of French fries with a little bit of sliced meat. I would recommend an earlier lunch and at a different place.

This is a city that is well worth a visit, being so very different to Santiago.
It's history and colourful urban art was a great experience.
We highly recommend this trip.

Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were picked up at our hotel on time and the tour was always on schedule. This is a great way to experience Valparaiso with a local flavor. We would highly recommend this tour.

God but not great.

Not what we were expecting. The highlights of Valparaiso only came at the end after we insisted on what we wanted to see - the art, culture, etc. A walking tour of the markets and the trolley bus ride can be taken anywhere. The lunch was not much - in fact we would happily take 10 minutes to grab a snack to eat as we walked to give more time to see some of the artwork and special sights that make Valparaiso the city that it is. The harbour cruise was a waste of an hour.

The tour was wonderful, we had a great time walking through the city and our guide was fantastic. She was very helpful and informative. We would highly recommend this trip!!!

I would not really recommend this tour. Our tour guide and driver were fantastic and did a great job looking after us but I just didn't like the township of Valparaiso. It is fully of graffiti, it's not a particularly attractive place to visit and there are better places to enjoy in Santiago.
