The tour was amazing. It's comfortable and enjoyable! You don't have to rush, the guide (and the driver) were very informative, kind, friendly and helpful. Hotel was okay for me,a bit disappointed because we don't get a good view but that's okay. The car was better than I expected! Overall: Satisfied.

Excellent guides and top transport to Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina could not overcome the huge disappointment of our accommodation. We had paid for the 5 star option
The Viator website says accommodations are located centrally, allowing you to access the citys top sights with ease.
Actually, we were taken to Sun Garden about 20 kilometers north of Dubrovnik. This resulted in us being unable to wander around Dubrovnik, unable to enjoy city sights and prevented our access to city restaurants. There was a resort bus available which made 5 trips into Dubrovnik each day at a cost of A9 per person each way but not at times which were possible before or after the time of our trips to Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina
This lack of ready access to Dubrovnik totally changed the tour for us and is the complete opposite of the advertised located centrally. We were limited to expensive resort dining facilities only. The lack of access to a choice of local restaurants added to the disappointment.
While the apartment we were allocated at Sun Garden was clean and spacious, it was definitely not 5 star. The tour company driver who collected us from the airport initially took us to the main hotel building at Sun Garden but the receptionist there directed us to the separate apartments. We were in apartment 4207 which is accessed through a dark corridor of bare cement. There were no floor coverings in this dark corridor apart from the doormat at our very dark door. We had a courtyard but there was no view of hills, the sea or anything but a small patch of sky.
My polite complaint to Viator after our return to Australia resulted in me being told no one else has complained about the accommodation being so far from Dubrovnik so too bad! and that there would be an investigation of why we were placed in such an ordinary and obviously not 5 star apartment. After six weeks I have heard nothing more of this investigation.
Viator also told me that the choice of restaurants at the resort was sufficient but we were looking forward to local Croatian dining - not the standard resort establishments which are the same the world over
I suggest that anyone contemplating this tour should try another company

The Trip was wonderful but the only setback is the our driver cum tour guide named Petar who is only 21 years old and not much knowledge or infor from him. And sometimes also very rude.
