Find exciting and physical challenges at Bavaro Adventure Park, an eco-friendly outdoor park built on 110 acres (44 hectares) in the jungle, just a mile away from the Caribbean Sea and near the Bavaro and Punta Cana hotel zones. With several hotel pickup and park departure times available from morning until evening, enjoy the flexibility of spending half a day or a full day at the park. Attractions:

Zipline (1 hour)
Climb a 39-foot-tall (12-meter) wall and soar along two ziplines, each 430 feet (131 meters) long. Cross a 100-foot-long (30-meter) suspension bridge with an obstacle course, and return to the ground on a final zipline of 820 feet (250 meters) at a speed of 34 miles per hour (55 kmph).

Zipline Pro (2 hours)
Need more challenge? After scaling the wall, tackle six ziplines. Then, make your way across a 120-foot-long (37-meter) hanging bridge boasting even harder obstacles before flying down the last zipline.

Climbing Garden (up to 2 hours)
Conquer elaborate climbing courses set up on a pirate ship. Do a few practice climbs before trying some of the 26 challenges set up on three different circuits. Ascend to a maximum height of 52 feet (16 meters), touch the ship’s flag and return to the ground via zipline or the ‘Topas Jump.’

Zorbing (10 minutes)
Get secured inside the double walls of a gigantic clear and cushioned plastic ball (9 feet/3 meters in diameter), and then roll down a hill with a gentle slope.

Flight Simulator (45 minutes with safety briefing)
Strap yourself into a device resembling a hang glider and float up to a height of 80 feet (24 meters). Soar like a bird and capture panoramas of Punta Cana. The simulator can accommodate up to three people, making this a great family or group activity.

Mountain Bike (2 hours)
Hop aboard a Scott mountain bike and explore two lagoons, 3.5 miles (5 km) of secluded beach and Cape Enga
