Due to missed connection our agent assigned to pick us up at the Athens Airport was re-scheduled [with some difficulty getting to the Viator office] to pick us up hours later than originally contracted. Due to the exceedingly under-staffed customs agents in Athens, we were very slow getting through customs control only to find that my luggage had not made the switch in flights. We had to work nearly an hour to let the airlines know where to deliver the misplaced luggage when it arrived in Athens. The Viator agent waited patiently and drove us to our hotel.
