I emailed the company the day before, no response. I get a call from reception our driver is here. I tell them we don't leave till 2pm. I get an email saying were a no show. Also the company that you book with on Viatour is just a third party that is based in Cyprus another greek island and you can't reach them by phone. So if you have an issue you have no recourse. You don't get a name or phone number for the local company handling your booking. The hotel ended up getting us a taxi for 30 Euros. If I could give this negative stars I would.

Do not recommend! Our driver who arrived 40 mins late immediately told us off for waiting about 15 meters down from where we were told by the phone operator, yet he says we were supposed to be in a different area. Who would yell at their customer like that?? Clearly no communication in the company!!

This was awesome! Driver was amazing arrived about 10 mins late but it was no big deal, there was only one other couple in the van with us, I went in May 2017.
