10am to 12pm: Pickup from your hotel at the selected locations as per Departure Point. If your cruise will dock at Kochi Port, we can also pick you up from the port. Visit the Dutch palace, Jew Town, the Jewish synagogue, Fort Kochi Beach, Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis and St. Basilica Church and then depart to Ayurveda Hospital in Tripunithara. Enjoy two Ayurveda treatments included in your tour and consult with doctor for further treatment if required.

12pm to 1pm: Abhyangam is a specialized ayurvedic body massage. Enjoy rejuvenating abhyangam with warm medicated oil gently applied all over the body followed by a massage done with gentle to moderate pressure of hands and fingers. The massage is done in four to five standard positions. Advised for pain and stiffness. Boosts energy levels, rejuvenate and relaxes muscles, enhances skin tone and induces sleep.

1pm to 2pm: Shirodhara, medicated oil is poured gently on the forehead as a continuous stream in between the temples.
Advised for insomnia, migraine, facial palsy, Parkinsonism, poor memory, hearing impairment, tinnitus, vertigo, M?ni?re's disease and stress. Helps to improve concentration.

2pm to 2:30pm: Enjoy Kerala vegetarian lunch at a local restaurant.

3pm to 4pm: Visit Hill Palace Museum. Hill Palace is the largest archaeological museum in Kerala located in Tripunithura, Kochi. It was the administrative office of Kochi Rajas. Built in 1865, the Palace consists of 49 buildings in the traditional architectural style, spreading across 54 acres (220,000 m2). The Palace consists of an archaeological museum, a heritage museum, a deer park, a prehistoric park and a children’s park.

4pm to 4:30pm: We will drop you off at your hotel.
