Day 1: Kochi to Fort Kochi (40km/1.5hour) [B]
You will be greeted by our representative at Cochin International Airport or your hotel at the selected locations (please refer to Departure Point) and driven to Fort Kochi. After checking in to the hotel, take a walk to see the Chinese fishing nets and local fishermen work on to earn their livelihood. Here you will see a picture perfect beach surrounded by sailing ships, European style houses, fish vendors, tender coconut, tea and coffee stalls. Walk to Princess Street and shop for antiques, outfits, silk scarf and more. Return to Fort Kochi for your overnight stay at Fort Castle. Feel free to ask your guide for restaurant recommendations for lunch and dinner.

Day 2: Kochi to Munnar (135km/4hour) [B]
Get picked up by your guide and drive to Munnar. On the way you will pass Cheyyapara Waterfall on your left side and Vallara Waterfall on your right and you can stop to enjoy snack of sliced pineapple, ripe mango, tea and coffee. Next we will make a stop at the spice plantations where you will learn about the spice making process. You will pass by the Munnar Tea Gardens on the way to your hotel. Check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Munnar [B]
At 9am, after breakfast, we will take you to visit Eravikulam National Park. From the parking lot you will board the provided bus to reach at the park entrance. From the entrance it is approximately a 1 km walk to reach the herb plantations, tea gardens and beautiful valley (4500 feet high). There is no wildlife in this area aside from the Nilgiri tahr goat. After the excursion, walk back to the park entrance and board the bus to the parking lot. Next enjoy sightseeing of the dam, lakes, view points, Echo Point, Tea Museum and Munnar Market. Return back to the hotel for your overnight stay at Hotel Dream Catcher Plantation Resort.

Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady (110km/3.5hour) [B]
After breakfast check out of the hotel and depart to Thekkady. On the way you will stop at a popular view point, Heart Lock Gap. Enjoy the scenic journey to Thekkady before arriving and checking in to the hotel. Visit Periyar by 3pm (entry fee INR 25/person) and enjoy boating in Periyar National Park. Return to the hotel for your overnight stay at Beaumount Resort.

Day 5 : Thekkady to Alleppey (140km/5hour) [B]
After breakfast check out of the hotel and drive down to Alleppey, known as Venice of the East, and enjoy its tranquility and beauty. Upon arrival enjoy a 3-hour shikara cruise through the Alleppey backwaters. Check in to the homestay close to Alleppey Lake or similar quality 3 star hotel.

Day 6: Return to Kochi [B]
After breakfast check out of the hotel in preparation for your return to Kochi. On the way visit Alleppey Beach and then we will drop you off at Cochin International Airport or your hotel in the selected locations. Your trip concludes here with sweet memories.
