When I came to arriving hall an airport representative was waiting for me.During the transfer time he told me a lot about Delhi.He accompanied me up to the hotel,helped with a luggage.Driver drove in secure way.I am very satisfied with the experience.

Representative was there to meet me. Took me to the driver who was very helpful. All in all a very good service.

This booking was well worth the cost: we arrived in the middle of the night and our driver was there to greet us and took us directly to our hotel with no problems. Our only concern was that some of our luggage was tied to the top of the vehicle, but everything arrived intact.

Overall it was good. However, driver/guide was not inside gate 5 as he was supposed to be. My plane was late by 20 minutes and Immigration took a long time to clear but this is something one should be aware of it. I had to call to find out if cab driver was there or not. I then received a text Togo outside of gate 5 and I would be met there. The sign was visible but not as clear as what other transports were showing. After meeting guide, then all was good. He was very polite and cordial and got out at hotel and came in with me to make sure all was ok with hotel.

My flight was an hour or more late. But a guide was there at the gate with my name on a sign. I was so relieved. There is a guide and a driver. I was stuck in rush hour traffic, but the car was nice and comfortable and the driver very good. Dropped me off at the door of my hotel. I tipped driver and guide.

Greeted by driver, efficiently taken to our hotel...definiely recommend.

Was waiting there without names ready and highly efficient. Great introduction to India.
