I can only give one star as the transfer from airport to hotel was amazing however the cab driver on the return told me to get out of the car and handed me my luggage on the return. I had purchased a round trip VIP package. I was left on the sidewalk at midnight in Delhi. My expectation was that someone would take me to check in, through customs and to gate.

I have filed a complaint with Viator and have requested refund of 50 of the fee paid.

Give you hassle free transport to the city and cheaper than hotel transfer, but still way more expensive than getting a taxi/cab yourself (on the condition you know how to bargain). If not, will recommend this.

All good, especially ideal if its your first time in India. The arrival at Delhi airport can be daunting to say the least. This takes out all the hassle. Very helpful driver. Needs to be made clear it's a lot more expensive booking this way, consequentially, don't expect a tip.

What a wonderful way to arrive in India! The service is been wonderful! A very smooth transition from flight to hotel. I think I'm going to use a VIP service in other countries from now on !!

The pick up was very smooth. Delhi is a very busy place and it pays to have a car waiting for you to take you to the hotel and pick you up to take you back. Traffic is VERY congested and it is advisable to have your return to the airport as early as possible! We particularly enjoyed this service because we had them take us to one hotel - we left the city for sightseeing and returned to a different hotel for the airport return!

Our driver, Sanjay Gupta, picked us up promptly from the airport and drove us to our hotel. He was very kind and knowledgeable, pointing out landmarks along the drive and offering us complimentary bottled water and soft drink. There was also free wifi in the air conditioned car, which was wonderful. It was our first time in India and Sanjay made our transition into Delhi life as easy as possible. Thank you!!
