All ok, driver arrived on time. No problems

Hmmm took too long had to walk all the way to parking lot when driver can pick us up in the pick up/drop off point in the airport. A sense of service should be instilled.

After a long flight from Sydney arrival in Belfast found me tired and a bit agitated, but a charming driver was waiting for me at the airport he was from Edinburgh I think and got me to the Hilton with a minimum of fuss. My luggage and my disability were minimised and I felt very relieved. Thankyou

This is the first time it happen with Viator booking, the taxi was late and had to search where he should be.
On my way to the parking, I met the taxi driver with my name tag.
The taxi was a VIP Bus and nevertheless, excellent service

driver was on time at ap with a sign very happy with this company would use them again

Driver was polite and pointed out the sites on the short ride to the hotel although he wanted to drop me at the wrong the hotel. I think he had had a long day
