Good but a little too expensive

So easy. After 15 hours of continuous travel it is wonderful to be greeted by a sign at the airport with your name. In the days after arriving in Japan we used the Japanese subway extensively and jumped on local buses. But when you are tired and just arriving in a new country it is very nice to be picked up. Before we left Australia we received the name of our driver and his mobile phone number. This turned out to be particularly important for us. The transfer was booked under my name with my phone number, but my phone wasn't working when we arrived in Tokyo to transfer to a flight to Osaka. There were storms in Osaka and we were advised before boarding the flight from Tokyo that the flight might be turned around and returned to Tokyo if the bad weather continued. Because I had the number of the driver I was able to text this information to him using my husband's phone and also advise him that if he needed to contact us he could text or call my husband's number. When we landed at Osaka our driver was there - sign very visible. I am a painfully nervous passenger but he was a very competent and safe driver. So nice when tired to be looked after and safely delivered to your hotel. Great service.

A bit pricy but worth every penny. Super convenient. Made the trip a lot less hecktic and stressful after coming off a 18 hour trip and being severly jetlagged. You get what you pay for.
