You'll be met at the location you appointed by a professional driver who will take you to either Kansai International Airport or Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport). When booking, you will need to provide your pickup location in Osaka and flight details.
Your private car will pick you up three to five hours before your flight. Please be ready with your luggage at the scheduled pickup time. Be aware that any no-shows will result in automatic cancellation.
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and pickup details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Departure Airline
" Departure Flight Number
" Departure Airport
" Departure Time
" Name, Address, and Phone Number of Pickup Location
" Total Number of Luggage
Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle.

Please be present and have your bags ready at the scheduled pickup time. Any no-show will result in automatic cancellation

Please contact the local operator 48 hours prior to your departure time to request alternative pickup time by phone or email. Alternative time must be earlier than the local operators scheduled pickup time

Please note that pickup vehicle may vary based on number of passengers

Baggage allowances: Groups of 1-2 passengers may have up to 2 suitcases. Groups of 3-4 passengers may have up to 4 suitcases. Groups of 5-8 passengers may have up to 10 suitcases

Vehicle arrangement may change if passengers have oversize items or luggage number exceeds the above limit per passenger count

I am very satisfied with this company Green Tomato. Always on time and no hassle. We were lucky to book ahead of time for airport service because it rained on Osaka and cabs were limited around our hotel. Also, I loved the fact that I can reconfirm the booking through their email while traveling and the company answered same day with the time of pick up. Driver is always professional with suit and tie. Car was clean and comfortable.

I was initially worried that Viator would find our Osaka apartment hard to find. The initial address in their confirmation was a little different. I sent a map and picture sent by our host, and then everything was fixed. The driver came 7 minutes early, the mini-van was new, and the ride to the airport was smooth. This is my second time to book for a departure transfer to the airport, and Viator, again, never failed to impress me. Excellent service!
