You'll be met by your professional driver at the location you have arranged and be transferred to Kansai International Airport (KIX). Be sure to provide your Kobe location and flight details when booking.
Your private driver will pick you up three to five hours before your flight. Please be ready with your luggage at the pickup time as scheduled. Be aware that any no-shows will result in automatic cancellation.
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and pickup details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Departure Airline
" Departure Flight Number
" Departure Airport
" Departure Time
" Name, Address, and Phone Number of Pickup Location
" Total Number of Luggage

Baggage allowances: Groups of 1-2 passengers may have up to 2 suitcases. Groups of 3-4 passengers may have up to 4 suitcases. Groups of 5-8 passengers may have up to 10 suitcases

Vehicle arrangement may change if passengers have oversize items (surfboards not allowed) or luggage number exceeds the above limit per passenger count
