Thoroughly enjoyed Miki's company and the tour. Miki is knowledgeable and well-versed with the area, its sights and sounds. She added so much interesting insights that this lovely place simply came alive. We even got to taste traditional goodies as we walked and chatted. I had a really good time. No regrets joining the tour.

This was a relaxing and easy walk around an old district full of small alleys, Shrines and restaurants. The guide Mikal was
Very considerate and informative. The only difficulty was finding the meeting point. The instructions were limited and we were left to battle for an hour in the busiest train station in Tokyo.

This was an excellent tour. The tour started with visits to a shrine and a temple - the guide was excellent on the history, background and what to do on visiting shrines and temples. We then wandered slowly through backstreets. The guide was personable, interesting and highly informative. She shared interesting useful bits of information and her own liking of Kagurazaka shone through. It rained and was cold that day so the bar visit including hot sake and snacks at the end of the tour was very welcome!

This was such a fantastic tour - easy walking pace, and absolutely no rush to get from one gem to another the guide Inaga? waited happily during the endless photos and took us down hidden little back streets that we never would have found ourselves. He then explained the train and subway maps, and which train to catch back to our hotel. Would love to stay in this area next time!!

We were lucky enough for it to be just my sister and I walking with our guide Tak, who was lovely. Very interesting going in and out of little lanes and alleys and getting the history on it all. The weather was not ideal, it was raining on and off but we still had a great time. No rushing around, it's a fairly gentle pace. We were shouted a drink and yakitori in a tiny bar at the end of it. Our guide even got on the train with us to ensure we got back to our hotel okay! It was also great to be able to chat to him about life in Tokyo.

It rained all day, but our tour guide Miki was wonderfully accommodating and still managed to share a tremendous amount of culture and history about the area and Japan in general. Good thing we all had ponchos and umbrellas!

Fantastic tour especially good because our guide Miki San was so knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. She was fantastic!

WOULD NOt RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL! Save your money and book a walking tour thru Voyogin. We booked 3 walking trips while in Tokyo and totally enjoyed the other two. This one was very disappointing as they take you thru one shop after another, with a few historical places thrown in. Very little actual History given and the guides knowledge of the area seemed lacking. We do feel the guide tried but that she was going by a cardboard script that was very dry, no life to it. Also our Japanese exchange student had to transulate most of the tour for us. We left the tour early as it was one shopping experience too many..... For the money paid we expected more History.
