Driver is good but Viator charge a bit expensive (double price) compare to the price we rent outside.

Driver came early identified himself and we were transported to KLIA very promptly

The driver was waiting, the van was very comfortable, and the driver drover safely. The only suggestion I have is to give a genuine, friendly, and welcoming greetings. And, at least offer bottles of water and refreshing towelettes it cost very little to make the 1 hour journey into KL city center comfortable. That's just my two cents. :
