We saw a lot of nice thing from the past to today. The lunch at the restaurant was huge and good. Our guide Simon very good vulgarisator of the history.

This was a thouroughly enjoyable tour and I would definitely recommend.

We were excited to visit Malacca and get some of the history, but honestly you should take two days to see the city. Our poor guide had to deal with some difficult and rather demanding people on our tour. They lagged behind and ultimately prevented us from getting a few extra minutes of shopping in. The history was interesting but everyone was so scattered it was difficult to hear it all. We felt rushed. It was a lot of look at that place, but we don’t get to go inside. We went into just one temple for maybe 10 minutes and then left for KL. It wasn’t a horrible tour but we certainly wish we would have stayed overnight.

The driver picked us up and drove for hours to Malacca. He suggested to take tri-cycles as my mother-in-law is over 80. We hired two tri-cycles, MYR 45 for each. That was really expensive; didn't know that time. They showed us 12 different places they would take. Found out there are only 3 places. At each place, there are 4 different things to visit. Each thing we visited was not that exciting. And, all 3 places are very close. My mother-in-law said she could walk faster than the tri-cycle she rode because the old guy who drove was not strong enough; took way longer than it should. Lunch was in small restaurant. Food was okay, not excellent. The day was too hot to walk around in Chinatown. Didn't have great time, but okay.

This was a good tour - easy from start to finish. Each stop was interesting, lunch was tasty. Only issue was with the first toilet stop - it was so dirty! - but a great day out overall.

The guide provided the history of the area but little enthusiasm. Really just a driver.The tour should leave earlier to avoud peak hour traffic.Lunch was terrible, just generic sweet and sour chinese food. We all wanted local authentic! Everything before lunch waste of time. 1hour in the old area.

Great day trip to Malacca. Comfortable van, good driver and tour guide. You see all the key sights and have an amazing local lunch during your visit.

Would not pick me up at the hotel I had on my voucher. Hilton KL. Had to take a taxi on a different tour I took with the same group a day earlier. Decided not worth the effort of getting another taxi for this tour in rush hour traffic. Just didn't go. Wrote the cost off as a learning experience.

The tour guide was not a good history teller.

Overall reasonably satisfied However was tardy we wre asked to be ready and down in the lobby at 0830 hours sharp, and we were down 10 minutes before the time, but the driver arrived late by 50 minutes and not a word of apology. And we were the first that he picked up!
The trip in Malacca was rushed and we were not given to ourselves even a moment. We had to trot along with the guide . Barely had a minute to buy some water.
