We had the best time on our Xenotes tour! The other 5 star reviews were spot on. A couple things to know: confirm exactly where you will be picked up, we didn’t and were in the wrong place. We missed the bus and had to reschedule for the next day. Customer service was excellent though. They provided two towels, one for during the day and one to use at the end if you choose to shower. There are bathrooms, changing rooms and showers at each stop and they provide water and soda at each stop as well. We were really impressed with the safety precautions and how well organized the trip was. Be sure to buy the pictures! It was such a relaxing day since we didn’t have to worry about phones\cameras getting wet and their photos were better than we would have taken.

From our prompt pick up from our hotel...to the drop off to our hotel...our cenotes tour was absolutely amazing...our guide miguel was fun and insightful...we had a good group of people on our tour who were happy and excited as we were which made it that much better..highly recommed this tour

AMAZING! !This was the highlight of our Cancun trip! Definitely worth the price, although two other couples paid 65 less with another company.

I had a great time going to the 4 cenotes and felt very safe the entire time between the guide, life guards, and life vests. We started at Lu'um which had the rappelling but it was really more like a zip line that went down almost vertically into the cenote. The water was a little chilly but it was fun jumping off the rocks into the cenote. Next we went to Lik and did zip lining multiple times which was a lot of fun. There was also a place to jump from but it was too high for me! Then we went to Ha and kayaked double kayaks only and snorkeled. Lunch was soup and sandwiches. There were plenty of options for meats and cheeses plus other sandwich toppings. There was also soda, water, wine, and beer available. Finally we went to K'aak for zip lining, a water slide, floating down a river, and another place to jump into the cenote. The entire trip was awesome and so was our guide. There was also a photographer taking pictures the entire time which could be purchased. You only purchase the photos of the people in your group. I got 71 pictures for 49 USD and think it's a great deal since I didn't have to worry about keeping up with a camera or worrying about dropping it in the water. I'm assuming that the price for the photos depends on how many pictures are taken since everyone in our group had a different price. I would take this tour again if I came back to this area.

What a terrific time our family had on the Cenote Adventure. Props to our fantastic guide, Amet. He took us through four cenotes that were beautiful. We rappelled, kayaked, slid, cliff jumped, swam, snorkeled, and took in the beauty of nature around us. The tour was well managed with the perfect amount of time at each cenote. Amet made sure everyone had fun, even on the travel between cenotes. Everyone on the tour had a blast. Highly recommend.

This tour was a lot of fun! We had a small group with 15-20 people, and we had Yoshua who was our driver, tour guide, lifeguard, waiter, etc. Also, we had one more staff who went everywhere with us as our paparazzi to take our photos.

We got picked up at 9am in front of the hotel. Yoshua went to a few other hotels to pick up more people. Once the van was almost full, he took us to the cenotes.

There were four cenotes that we visited -- fire, water, wind, and earth. Each one had different activities that included water slides, zip-lining, cliff jumping, rappelling, snorkeling, kayaking, and swimming.

A build-your-own sandwich bar with different breads, meats, cheeses, and condiments was included in this tour. Drinks available were water, soda, beer, coffee, and hot chocolate.

We got back to our hotel around 5:45pm. I highly recommend this tour!
