Operator failed to attend on the day of my booking, rescheduled for the following day, we had booked for four people but thy didn't have enough segways and we had to wait for half an hour for another to be delivered. The actual guide was very nice and knowledgeable, however the experience was marred by the office administrations incompetence.

Excellent way to quickly see the city. Easy to use. Fun going thru the narrow market lanes. Just 2 of us over 60s with the guide. WE did it the first day to see what we wanted to return to later.

We booked the 9am tour for our first full day in Marrakech as we hoped it would help us get our bearings whilst being a lot of fun. This turned out to be a great decision on both counts. Our Gide Rashid was excellent and gave us a memorable experience. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

This trip was great fun although crossing the busy roads of Marrakech is an experience!. One word of advice is that the meeting place was outside the Sofitel which in my experience of meeting points for tours, are outside the grounds of the hotel. After arriving half an hour early for the trip, the time of the trip came and went, so I was just about to ask the Sofitel if I could use their phone to call the Segway company, when right outside the entrance to the Sofitel, there were Segways lined up and the guide waiting! I would have thought that common sense would have prevailed with the guide and if his customers had not turned up on time, he would have at least walked a hundred yards to look outside the entrance.

Fantastic tour and even better guide. It was nice to be able to see the old and new Marrakech without being husstled. Trip is in small groups that makes it much easier. I have done Segway in Paris and Rome and this easily lives up to the expectations. Would highly recommend.

An amazing way to explore Marrakech! Would love to do it again!

Good way to see the city. Was only 60 mins long. Tour guide was literally there to show you the way not provide any historical info which was a shame.

We booked out trip before we left and we were on time waiting at the location. Nobody came. We went to the hotel staff Sofitel to ask them to please call and find out what the deal was. The Segway said they forgot and then said they thought it was the next day. They said they would be there in 5 minutes. One hour later, we began our tour. We were told we would have an English speaking guide...but, that was not true. Was a good time, once we got it going and figured things out on our own.

Really good fun and a great way to see the city without getting hassled.
