A good way to see Bergen on a short break. The area is hilly so the Segway made things much easier! The tour includes some great photo opportunities and our guide on the day (Stefano) was informative and welcoming. I enjoyed this activity.

I give this 5 stars as it was an outstanding tour and our young guide was very knowledgeable and careful to ensure we were always together. What left a bad taste in my mouth was after the excursion was completed, my husband and I sat on the only bench in the place which was about 4 feet wide and 18 inches deep. We were tired after standing up for almost 2 hours and we checked our e-mail. The owner/manager came over to us and told us that bench was for his customers only.....I guess since our time was up, we were no longer considered customers. As I stated above, it was an excellent tour....but......I won't ever use them again.

First timer on a Segway. Took less than 90 seconds to feel totally comfortable riding it. For me it was less about the occasional narrative provided by the guide and more about covering a LOT of Bergen with no effort including riding up to the top of very steep hills and getting to viewpoints I'd never have gone to on foot because of the distance. I'd do it again in another town.

This was our first Segway tour and was the most challenging. There are lots of hills to go up and down. We had a great time and have done Segway tours in Chicago, Coronado San Diego and Mexico I'm a little late in writing this review. Velde was our guide and got us hooked on Segways. The location was very convienent to our cruise ship.

Great tour, However the only criticism I have is that for any novice it may be a bit scary when using the Segway through the crowds and on the roads. Also we had up to 20 people practising most who have never been on a Segway before in a small area with the inevitable spill and bruises...Tip if you want to go on this tour go to your local Segway centres Mainly in Forests in the UK and have a few goes at it first

Stand was an AMAZING tour guide! We had a blast and were so happy we did this tour.

Trying a Segway was fun. We had to change the time of our tour and the company was really accommodating. Unfortunately because of this change, we didn't have a proper guide so we didn't learn as much as we were hoping about Bergen but we had a good time playing around with the Segway.

Great way to get introduced to Bergen

We are experienced Segway riders and those are the only people who should consider this. The safety and training was very brief and not at all on par with many other locations we have used worldwide and the town of Bergen is very steep and a few first timers did in fact fall. Great for experienced riders only.

Great fun / great tour. Unfortunately, the main street in Bergen was closed during our tour because the King was in town, so we had to make some diversions - but talk about value-added! The only thing that I would recommend is that the guide needs to be more knowledgeable about the town and what's going on. Although she gave it great effort, she really didn't communicate a great deal about Bergen and had no idea of why we had to take diversions. As it turned out, we found out for ourselves. All in all, I would highly recommend this tour to anyone - just plain fun!
